In Which I'm an Adventurer and There are Too Many Cathedrals in Spain

This past weekend I went with my program to the Alpujarras.  Its a mountain range near the coast that is known for its food.  There's a trail there that starts at the Mediterranean Sea in Spain and ends in Greece.  We hiked on it for a bit.  Turns out I'm a bit of an adventurer.  Alpujarras only took two days, so being the culture freak that I am, on the following Sunday instead of going to the beach like most everybody else did, I went to Cordoba.  Cordoba has La Mezquita.  Its one of the biggest mosque turned cathedral in Spain.  If you haven't noticed, or if I haven't mentioned it, all of the large cathedrals here were once mosques.

Every. 

Single. 

One.  

Unless its new.  I have to admit, I had La Mezquita built up a bit and I was a little more than disappointed to find out that the mosque was now a cathedral and that it was little more than a huge room with lots of arches.
